Position: Technical Service Specialist
 

Job Responsibilities:


1.Responsible for technical services, including the installation, repair, and routine maintenance of the company’s products.


2.Supervise service activities within the assigned area and respond promptly to emergencies based on project contingency plans.


3.Collect and organize customer feedback on product quality issues, report to suppliers, and continuously optimize product quality.


4.Coordinate relationships between clients and the company, and complete tasks assigned by the company and senior management.


Job Requirements:


1.At least 3 years of experience in after-sales service in a related industry.


2.Strong practical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve problems accurately and efficiently.


3.High level of professionalism, strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to work under pressure.


4.Proficient in Mandarin, with excellent communication skills to work with Chinese suppliers, and willing to travel to China when required.
